Our Story

 

The Watkins Family has been in business in Galveston County for over fifty years. Lynn Watkins began hes career in constuction in 1970, and founded his own business in 1973. After raising his three children in League City, each has returned to be an integral part of the family business.

Over the years we have completed numerous projects ranging from home building, general contracting, industrial development, and residential development. The wide range of projects has led to the development of dual companies, Watkins Properties, Inc., the building division, and Watkins Real Estate Development, LLC, the property development and management division.
